hey i have looking at Seat Ibiza, and like to know peoples opinions, i have looked at skoda fabia too and vw polo, polo seem over priced.

which would be the best buy, im looking to get a car aged 1999 - 2001.

On that vintage of Ibiza, watch out for any signs of odd behaviour from the stereo or the centre console screen; lack of illumination, flickering, radio not turning on/off. Anything. This is a major weak point in an otherwise great car and will cost you €400 from the parts counter plus fitting if you're not that way inclined. Hard to find a good one in scrap dealers too, for obvious reasons. Once they go you have no radio and more importantly no control over heating, ventilation and demisting.
