Read a review ages back about the stuff (no idea what site) and if I remember correctly it was showing lower temps than AS5. Personaly I use Arctic mx-1 a bitch to apply but my temps are about 1 -2 degrees lower than with AS5, it's also non conductive/capacitive. But, for ease of application the Zalman grease looks the best.
