Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    And if they do how do i get them to unlock it.Over the phone?

    on pre pay they do. they do it over the phone but it takes a few days because they don't trust the normal customer care to type an imei into a piece of software so they have to send it to the technical team

    Do they unlock phones that need to be unlocked by cable?

    they only need to be unlocked by cable by third parties. networks can unlock all phones by code

    there's a new thing from comreg where they have to provide an unlock code on request. but on contract you have to pay the early termination fee and end your contract. i'm working on changing that though :)
