finding a bb provider

i'm looking for a bb provider. here's my problem: 1. will only be there 6 months 2. a previous tenant owes a lot of money to eircon so they won't put a LL in until its sorted and that'll prob take 5 of the 6 months 3. not in metro coverage. currently i have ripwave but.... i don't think i have to finish that sentence…
