    Does Anybody have any idea when the swords central development will be finished?
    I have purchased an apartment there, and i have no idea when it will be ready. The apartment is above the new penneys shop, and looks to be built, but still no word of a completion date..
    any news would be great..

    I presume the only person who can give you a definitive answer is the builder.

    I have purcahsed and apartment over pennys aswell, I got a letter from pierse homes the last week (18th jan) to say they will be ready for snagging in 6-8 weeks. However maybe they are staggering the dates they will be ready by floor etc.. Ring Pierse homes or either Gunne or Hook and McDonald and hassle them for a closing date. Wont be too long now
