Boiler for 3 radiators?!

Putting central heating in a mews type setup for a mate, gonna organise a plumber for the gas part but just wondering if its worth it at all. There'd be 3 or 4 rads on the circuit, the boiler costs around 700 so I dont know. I am going to suggest electric heaters! He's using a little immersion under the sink for the hot…

He's using a little immersion under the sink for the hot water and the showers electric so it probably wouldnt even be heating the water either. any ideas?
