Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi all, Got an annoying prob with xp. everyonce in a while on startup i only get the desktop picture and no icons or start bar.only way to fix this is log off and on again(sometimes reapeat this process a few times) anyone have any idea's?

Your profile could have become corrupt perhaps, try making a new profile to log in and see if there is any change. Have you tried anti-virus and anti-spyware scans?

Yeah tried that....Most likely I think that MacAfee and XP ain't the best of friends

Can't tell whether there is a process trying to complete before it allows explorer to finish drawing itself.

If you kill the explorer.exe process using Ctrl_Alt_Del > Task Manager, and restart using Task Manager>File>Run, does explorer start?

Does the same happen in windows safe mode?
