    1: How do I get a custom avatar?
    2: How do I edit that little thingy under my username? (It currently says moderator)

    Subscribers are allowed upload their own avatar 64x64 and the tagline can be edited under User CP->Edit Profile, as least thats the way it is for me (subscriber), not sure if mods get the same, I doubt it.

    need to be subscriber to get a custom av AFAIK

    Ahh OK. tbh I'm not too pushed about it, it's just that I saw a pic that I liked.

    I'm not sure, but I think if you subscribe it doesn't revert back when the sub runs out.
    Subscribe for a month, its very cheap. Change what ever you want and thats it.

    also you get extra features when you get something like 37thousand posts.
