    Hi,
    I have an e-commerce site and want to start an e-zine, to communicate with about 1000 current subscribers, the number of which we expect to grow.

    We need a system/service which
    - Is easy to setup (no great skills in house) to produce a professional newsletter which looks good
    - Offers text & HTML versions according to subscriber preference
    - Offers tracking - delivery rate, rates for readership, tracking which bits were interesting etc.
    - Does not cost too much
    (newsweaver is tooo expensive)

    Could anyone recommend some products? Our customers will be based around Europe...would it make a difference if a service was used from a compant based in America?
