@Keelan, how long did it take to build up that collection? Its quite impressive. Do you have any info on pistol target shooting clubs in the Cork area? Also who did you purchase the pistols off, is there a retailer in munster that facilitates this?

I have a 12G kesterl side by side shotgun.

You don’t know who will read this thread! Too much information about what you have could be dangerous!

I'm not going to list chapter and verse here, as Ireland is a small place and this is a public forum and my 'real world' identity isn't that big a secret, but suffice it to say that I have more than 0 guns and less than Keelan has. :D

My boyfriend had a Remington 700 rifle for target shooting.

I loved that it always made me look like a good shot. I never really learned how to judge the wind and adjust the sight because he always did that for us.

It was a little heavy but not long or unwieldly.

I do think we should all learn to shoot. Our old Gael societies had women warriors and leaders.

Probably a fullbore or shotgun shooter. My .22 would run to about €2500-3000 depending on where you bought it, which would just about buy you a trigger for a Purdey shotgun :D

It fits just fine, but 100 rounds of 155mm ammo take up alot of space:D

You should apply for a dealers licence, save you a fortune.
I have seven guns and that's expensive

new rules just come in regarding dealers licences, you must now show revenue, outgoings,up to date alarm systems, they are cracking down on the people who have them for personal means eg:trap shooter who buys ammo in bulk for himself and close friends or as above someone who likes to have a bigger variety of firearms but dont make a business out of it.if you dont meet the criteria the appointed inspector will revoke it,and he's like santa he's going through his list one by one.
