Check out the Phil & Ted's E3, folds down really well, new sprog can lie flat with a nice side to side rocking motion that used to knock out our little banshee out in no time (now that she is nearly one and a woman of the world lying down is just not going to happen as it impairs he view of her public!)

The other benefit is that when/if number tw0 arrives, you can get an add on seat instead of having to flog your old buggy and buy a new double buggy!

Ours gets lots of use both in town and in the woods, it works really well for our two and a half year old when he gets tired of walking like a "big boy" as he can hop into the second seat himself.
