[Eve] Frigate kitting. What do I need?

Ok I got a load of frigates for boards.ie corp so people could do some practise pew-pew, however I haven't a clue what to fit on them.

Can someone suggest what items to get and I'll buy and set them up.

I use a INCURSUS myself...

I tend to run with

3 x Light Ion blasters (antimatter)

1 x 1mn mwd
1 x webber
1 x scram

1 x micro aux power core


Final slot is up to the operation sit rep

a rep for missions in deep 0.0
a magnetic field stab for empire or if somebody else can repair my armour.

7.5km scram, webber, AB / MWD

energized adaptive nano, small armour repper, 200mm plates

alternatively use a cap injector with cap 100's instead of the webber or a damage control instead of plates

Another great tackler, almost always fit a repper myself
