I have a WiFi access point which is about 3 years old. At random times, once every 3 hrs on average, all the computers get disconnected from it for a few minutes.
Has anyone experienced this, any ideas, should I just get a new one?

    Its a linksys 54G

Have you tried updating the AP to the latest firmware? This usually fixes known issues such as disconnections etc.
