Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have attached a picture of my problem. Basically i want to change the default cursor postition. When I open Word the cursor appears a the top edge of the page. I want it to appear at the standard postion i.e. the margin of 2.5cm. My margin is already set to 2.5cm so that isn't the problem. Word automatically shortens the page by 2.5cm to disallow this margin and starts at the top but when I print it appears at the standard postion. If your confused look at the pics

    close word

dearch for and delete any file called normal.dot
restart word > reset margins if required

Move cursor to the top of the page until it changes icon and reads "Show white space", then left mouse click.
