Wireless in Dublin

Just moved into a new House in Finglas, Dublin. Landlord (he also lives here) has Clearwire broadband set up. Needless to say, it's absolute ****e. No p2p, streaming, gaming, all absolute crap.

    My landlord thankfully agrees.

Now he's not mental on the idea of getting the phonelines reconnected and would really rather a wireless solution.

    Would anyone have any recommendations?

One more thing, we have NTL and are going to call them tomorrow to see if it's available in our area (I doubt it is). If it is though, are they any use?
