Hello All,

My question is this:

The DSL light on my modem is constantly flashing and broadband not working.
I am signed up to BT and getting absolutely no help from them.
After waiting ages to get through the best they could suggest is for me to pay an independent engineer to come and check out my line.
Anyone had similar problems?
I have tried laptop on two other wireless networks and both times as soon as I switched it on it connected to the internet perfectly.
Any help greatly appreciated

A flashing dsl light means bad line if it's a fist time connection, take anything else off the phone line and see does the light stop flashing.
