    The 'toilet' issue might have beed your body adapting to the sudden change in diet, Any change since your last post?

    Keep it up and try to use wholemeal rice or brown rice instead of regular rice :)

    The more you post here the more replies you'd get I'd say. Go for it :)

    a nutritionalistg told me before that basmati rice is as good as brown, i find it hard to belideve but it came from a good source. try vary your meals or you'll get bored and could slip back.
    and hav you tried homemade soups and smoothies instead of the hot choc?
    goji berries are also great for sweet tooth, energy, vitamins etc
