Trademark domain law

Hey, I was wondering about the site i have in my sig (www.ps3.ie). I think in the states sony would have the legal right to take this domain from me as ps3 is a registered trademark. What is the law like for this over here? Thanks

They'd have to lodge a formal complaint via WIPO first, though in reality big companies tend to simply send scary letters first.
