    Well I have been on hold for three days now so I may get some help here :mad:

    I was setting up BB and came accross the following error.

    All filters connected and tryed all house lines and got the same result.

    DSL Light comes on
    Internet light stays red
    Get an error for invalid username and password

    Double checked username and password broadband1

    Still get the same error

    Took router to a mates house and it works fine there

    Double checked the connections again and still the same .....

    its a pppoe error as in the wrong username and password for your line, something like that , I take it it works in your mates house but not with your username and password.

    anmyway its unusable at the moment so ask for a refund

    They havent activated your line yet. Ring them and tell them.
