Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    h lads hows things
i have been using a nokia 6310i for quite some time now,
i have bought different phones to replace it a few times over the past 12 months but i keep going back to the 6310i cos its just an amazing phone, and i just get frustrated using anything else, not that im not willing to learn or anything like that
i have heard that the new npkia's are a disaster, im refering to the latest verson of nokia that are out ight now
is it thru that there more difficult to use, require u to have message reports enable all teh time, and generally just a nuissance to use?
    thanks for your time
    ed :)

Nokia's haven't changed much in the last 10 years. Just a bit snazzier looking. The message report thing definitely isn't true. The only thing is that the Series 60 nokias (such as the N series) use Symbian OS, which is much more complicated (and powerful) than the normal Series 40 nokias, but it's not exactly difficult to use.

I can see where you're coming from and alot of people prefer to stick with the 6310i if they just need voice, text and perhaps gprs functions.

Have you looked at the Nokia E50?

..6310i cos its just an amazing phone..
Ok, It's battery lasts a while longer than current models (because the battery is physically twice the size) and it's probably a little more reliable than current models (due to the fact that there's a lot less in it to go wrong) but amazing ? I don't think so. Like saying I'm sticking with a Playstation 1 because the Xbox360/PS3 whatever is too unreliable.
