Settlements on PP

    Why does it sometimes take so long for PP to settle certain bets? I had a winning tennis treble on the Australian Open last night, and they've only declated 2 of the 3 to be 'Wins' so far. Are the results entered by hand, or taken from some sort of automated feed?

    first the settling department have to get the results off the traders, then they have to settle the market. they have to settle 1000's of markets every day so sometimes one or two get missed. the major markets are done automatically once they get results off traders then the other more obscure markets are done manually
