    intel are in the news today with job cuts, did a search for the word intel and get 1 result, surly the word must crop up occasionally, or have i been spelling it wrong

    Such is life with Boardtracker as a search engine. I searched for "Edinburgh" before and it only brought up one or two results.

    You might be better if you were to search by tags, rather than the default text search. Of course, you would then be relying on people to tag threads relevantly, which doesn't always happen either.

    Google can be helpful too for finding older stuff...
