Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Deleting DRM protected files from phone

Hi put some files onto my phone (unknown to me, these were protected)

Anyway, roll on a couple of weeks & my sim card gets corrupt & I needed a new one (old one was binned)

Now, those files say they're DRM protected & I can't delete them.
There's not a whole pile of room on my phone to begin with, so these are taking up valuable space & are of no use to me.

Any suggestions on how to get rid?

    Thanks,
    BB

What phone is it? Sony Ericsson or Nokia with bluetooth? Data cable? Delete from your computer using the software.

    Factory reset?

well if you dont need anything thats currently on the phone
the quickest and easiest way is to just do a factory reset like ciaranfo said
