Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

DVD Recorder newbie questions - LiteON DD-A500GX

    Hi,

    I'm thinking of getting rid of the old VCR and getting a DVD Recorder. I'm just worried about a few things though.

    1) How are DVD recorders connected to the TV? By SCART?
    2) If by SCART do you have to be watching the same channel as the one that you want to record?
    3) Are there any other catches function-wise when compared with the trusty old VCR?

    Thanks for any replies...I'm really curious as I see a LITEON DD-A500GX in the new Argos catalogue.
    It has HDMI and DivX and a free HDMI cable.
