    I'm having a problem with my quick reply button. It doesn't work!
    When I click on it, it doesn't open the text box.
    Does anybody know how to fix it?

    Try clearing your cache and cookies and try again.

    In Firefox, press Ctrl+Shift+Delete. In Internet Explorer 7, go to Tools -> Delete Browsing History. If you're using an older version of IE, go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Delete Files.
