iterating a collection (c#)

How do you iterate through a collection that is made up of channels and postings (folders and files). This is software specific so it may not be that straight forward but it might be a place for me to start. Txs.

Use the For Each object in Collection eg
foreach (folder i in folderCollection) { do something }
