Hi,
I am looking into either getting a self build conservatory or else building a sunroom.

I know a good few people in the building industry and was wondering what it would cost roughly for an average size sun room. One side will need to be complete wall, and the other two as much window as possible.

Any ideas roughly on price if I did it direct labour. I presume the windows and door would be arounf 2 grand from window company, so would I be able to get the foundations, brick base, one wall, roof fully tiled and inside plastered for 8 grand.

Or am I crazy?
