Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

If I get an email with an image attachment I have to open the file attached to view. How can I change that so that once I open the email I can scroll down to view the image.

Also, if i want to embed a file in an email (newsletter type file), what is the process for that.

    Many thanks for any help!

If the file was attached to the mail as opposed to pasted into the body of the mail (has to be HTML format BTW) then you will not be able to scroll down to view the image. You will need to open the attachment each time.

As above, make sure the mail is in HTML format then copy and paste the file as opposed to attaching it (i.e. Insert > File).
