How much diaorehha/loose stool to affect pill?

I'm in a good trusting relationship, where i take the pill as contraception (more spontaneous than condom... )... so, I was just feeling a little bit ill today. Nothing major. Passed a small bit of diaorehha/ loose stool.... just a little bit (I don't even know if you could call it diaorehha). I probably won't be staying…

I probably won't be staying at my boyfriends house until friday night, as he lives a bit away. (I know... better safe than sorry... etc etc....), but how serious does diaorehha have to be, to warrent the '7 day rule'?
