Just looking to record some songs with an acoustic and vocals.Anyone know of a simple and cheap product that I can sync audio files onto each other possibly through USB onto a computer?

For a cheap(ish) and simple solution get one of these: http://www.samsontech.com/products/productpage.cfm?prodID=1810 and one of these: http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ - thats enough to get you started.
