    Hi, I am going up by train to it the day before. Maybe get the bus to the RDS in the morning.
    I just sent a PM to Carfax about wanting to be on the NUIG team too.

    Im still not sure if ill enter but if i do can i play in the individual and team event for nuig or is it just one or the other. if I do go ill be driving up so if anyone wants a lift

    There is one event, individual.
    You pay more to be part of a college team that gets points. Think it is 120 per team of like 5.
    If there were 6 college teams the prize for the college that does best would be 1720 as 1000 is added by pokerireland.
    You get points on your position in the main tournament and the most points wins that side prize. Sweet chance at winning it tbh...only a few teams and a big prize.

    You play in pokersoc? or the four aces?
    When would you be driving up? Lifts ftw.

    Ya I think I will go **** it i can use that bank of ireland thing to lodge the money.
    Ive been playing mainly draw since I was 12 but played alot of holdem the last couple of years.

    Never went to four aces or pokersoc though - a bit weird actually that i havent.

    Dont count on a lift yet i will post here tomorrow if and when I lodge the money. But if and when I do you can have a lift.

    Im a bit broke at the moment so thats the only reason i wont go

    Just going as it is the one time I can pay this litlte to be in a very well structured tournament.

    PM carfax to contact the girl trying to make an nuig team, if interested.
    There are a lot of threads in pokerevents you can read.
    He sent me her num and I texted her.

    Just after texing her there. And after ringing my sister arranging a place to stay. Im selling some things on adverts so hopefully if they go before friday im have some money to socialise up there

    I still have leaflets to hand out for this event for pokerireland, wonder how to get them off fast.

    It's beside monroes and roisin dubh, opposite mcguires. Blue door, bridgewater court.
    Blinds are always 5/10 and people start with 425.It's a fiver in, and only a bit of a laugh.
    Only have a few tonight and the more the merrier.
    Sure if you want to play, pm for my number and turn up.

    Grasshopa wont come as I beat him too bad last night. (:
