Quick ?... Can i put a scroll bar within a table?

    I want the text in my table not to go down the page for ages because i have a nav bar at the bottom of it. Is it possible to have a scroll bar within and can i customise it.. or can this just be done with flash?


    At the moment my site looks like

    | text | < scroll bar??

    I dont want this...

    an iframe within the table? or can be done in flash afaik.
