modem mayhem !!

Hi guys, i am inquiring if anyone in the northwest area, Sligo inparticular is having trouble connecting to esat broadband, a friend is getting no connection at all, but all the appropriate lights on the modem are active, he has tried resetting and rebooting the modem with no luck. many thanks for any help, voyager ;)

sounds like a dns problem, go to www.opendns.com and follow the instructions from there.
