    nope was just wondering what the pay in there is like, its meant to be pretty good and i heard alot of people left supervalu to work there

    I think it all depends on what you expect from the job. Some of the recent controversy about Lidl's employment policies can be found here. From word-of-mouth, I've heard similar things myself (from people at management level), so I wouldn't be rushing to work for them.

    I heard the place was robbed last night. they only had 3 staff on and 3 or 4 men held it up.

    I think we have a prime suspect;)

    What have you heard. Is it anything to do with "No holiday Pay" or that you're not allowed to join a union? Surely every legit business have to conform to EU ruling and policies. I also heard that it was robbed last night, two 8 year olds were talking about men going into it with sledgehammers. Any update on this?

    Oh Really. I just heard today that all the shoppers were on the ground with their hands on their heds. Then I heard that it was all bull**** and that the alarm went off and that its all a big rumour!
