Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Are 3 keeping this offer available for the forseeable future? I'm thinking of picking up the Nokia 6280 but the main draw for me is the free goals and internet on it?

I'd hate to switch off o2 and then suddenly start having to pay for the above suddenly? Are they keeping it for much longer?

Would doubt it, its been free for over a year now. TBH its the only bit of the 3G offering I use, without it I'm leaving!

I don't think it lets you access the internet. You can only look at their portal, everything else you're locked out of, so kind of useless to be honest.

There is limited access to certain internet sites that would be outside their portal so to speak - free for one hour, thereafter a charge applies. In reality this has very limited usefulness.

The X-Series is due to launch over here soon which is supposedly a much freer internet environment - see the three.co.uk page for information.

    wow, xseries looks brilliant.

until then i'm not too bothered about the restricted site access as most of the sites i'm interested in are covered.

everything else you're locked out of

Perhaps, out of fairness, we can try to get the facts right?

Okay, so you can access their portal and a few selected web sites that they have "whitelisted"?

Edit: I think in the past I've been fair to 3, and I'm actually quite excited about X-series.
