    any idea if i can get a flesh coloured lip stud for an initial piercing, need it to be well subtle

    pardon my ignorance but why?

    even if it is flesh coloured, it's going to be noticed. in fact i think trying to disguise a piercing will make it stand out even more.

    well how long is it before you leave work?

    is it that important to you that you have to get a piercing right this moment.

    if it was me i'd wait until i finished work then got it done.

    i've never seen any studs in a flesh colour before but probably doesn't mean there isn't.
