Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Problem using Pc monitor with this game

    Hi guys

    posted this in another forum earlier but still got not replies...any ideas


    I play all my xbox 360 games on a 19" LCD monitor, using a VGA cable. So far this has worked perfectly, but recently I bought Half Life 2 (the original xbox version obv) and it wont work on my monitor at all. IIRC the warning sayd the the settings in the game cant work due to the VGA cable and to use the other connection. Im guessnig that this is the other cable supplied and which will only work with a tv ?

    Anyone even know what the heck im on about and any ideas/suggestions?

    Is my only choice to play Half Life on a tv or are there ways to egt around this

    Monitor is 60hz some old Xbox games are 50Hz only. No way around it with VGA cable.
