    i was just wondering how do edit 'Registered User' under the stars and how do you put a picture under 'Registered User' and under a message

    Go to User CP and click Edit Avatar in the settings and options section.

    You can't change 'Registered User' unless you subscribe though.

    These sort of questions can be asked under the Helpdesk or Newbies/FAQs (both under Sys menu) for future reference OP.
    Where 'Registered User' is, that is the tagline. You can't change it unless you are a subscriber. To put a picture under that you can go to UserCP->Edit Avatar and choose one of the avatars available. If you want a custom one, you have to subscibe also.
