Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Firstly, if you're a noobie, where did you get linux from?

But to answer your question, is the CDRom Bootable (you will need to go into the bios-typically ESC/DEL/F2 during boot up of the pc (it will say something like "press F2 to enter the setup". Then you need to find where it has the order of boot devices, and ensure that the CDRom/DVDRom is ahed of the Hard Disk.
    Save this and exit.
    Might help.

should be no reason to make a boot disk that I know of.
