    My name is Mark Hamill and I'm president of UCD MMA and I am wondering if any other sports clubs in UCD would like to crosstrain with MMA at any time in the future. If you are a coach, please PM me and we can arrange a time and place for training, otherwise if you are just intersted in training with MMA yourself, you can just come along to any training session (email ucdmma@gmail.com for details)
    Please feel free to use this thread if you want to invite any other club to crosstrain with you too.
