Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

setup will not run

    Hey all,

    One of the folks in work has brought in a copy of photoshop but the setup will not run.

    The autorun isn't working but even if I try to run the setup.exe nothing happens. There is not activity from the drive and it seems to be fine.

    I tried to run it on my own machine and it worked fine.

    Both systems are running Xpsp2.

    Do any y'all know what might be causing this?

    If it is a work machine it could have certain funtions disabled, like running .exe files etc!!

    Hey Ruu,

    Another setup CD for scanning software worked fine.

    The user had rebooted the system but later on rebooted it again and it worked.

    I was at lunch at the time so I have no idea what happened.

    Ah well. I will bump this thread if if happens again.
