Utv Broadband Speed dropping

    Im with utv and im jst wondering is anyone experience speed dropping. i am on the 2mg connection and i am only getting 1mg and as far as utv in concerned i am on 2 mgs.

    It's fine here in Nth Galway. 1.75mb DL and 202kbps UL on a 2mb package.

    Yes but dont forget that you are on a contended product and reductions in speed can be expected at busy times. In what circumstances is your speed dropping?

    i telephoned them a few months back to get speed reduced to 1mg and they are still charging me for 2mgs.
