    Hi,
I was just wondering if anyone knew how to disable in IE or Firefox the timeout of web based usernames and passwords? I designed an admin site for a fella and he only uses it on one or two computers and just wants to keep the password "cookie" or whatever it is. Is there a php script I could use? Again this is me showing my large gaps in my web design knowledge!
    Thanks
    Gary

you could just set a cookie that wont expire for 5 years or something. more info here: http://ie2.php.net/setcookie
Firefox for me ALWAYS remembers my passwords, i've never had them "timeout"
