    Apart from boards.ie and pie.boards.ie are there any other entries u could use if the sites busy?:)

    Not unless they're on non-sequential IPs (having just tried the two on either side of the two you mentioned).

    I believe he meant connecting directly to the IP address the hostname resolves to. I really dont like when users dont bother with www. Ok yeah the site is slow but if everyone bypasses the load balancer and goes to the one server instead of sharing the load evenly does'nt benifit anyone in the long run.
    Now there may be some new ones shortly that I will happily put behind the load balancer so ye lot can't go directly to them.
