New path between grove and park

just noticed they are putting paving down in the green between the grove and park. Does anyone know who is paying for it?? Dont get me wrong I think its great!

I think its the management company (Cuala)
I know it came up in the AGM? They said the builders had caused the damage to the green area from trooping to superquinn for their breakfast rolls so maybe Durkans paid up??
