    Not exactly news to any regular of these boards but I've got to admit that 500Gb is mad - how can you download that much content and actually consume it?! 60Gb is plenty until HD rips take over.

    500GB is about 35 single layer hd-dvd's.
    It's not hard to imagine watching just over 2 hrs of hd-dvd's a day.
