    hey guys ive a skype phone from 3 network ieland and i cant receive mms messages. the mms comes in but i cannot retrieve it? does any1 know whether ive to change my settings?

    I am a 3 customer 4 days and im not happy with 3 Customer Service at all.

    Spent 40mins on the phone today should have been a 5 min call.
    I was transferred 3 times to different people who all had to ask me the same questions, Name, address, date of birth.

    Each time i was put on hold...each time they asked for my problem and each time they hadnt a clue....then said they had problems with there server and to wait 24hrs.

    im actually thinking of writing to 3 head office in Ireland/UK
