banking in dollars

    I've a few k in dollars on poker sites online, and I was thinking of trying to earn some interest on it.

    Anyone have any recommendations of which bank to go to?
    Can I set up an account in dollars with rabo?

    A Rabo account is Euro only AFAIK.

    I may be missing something here - I know your winnings may be paid in dollars, but why do you need a dollar account?

    so i can move it around easily and cheaply, no point in investing it if my profits are eaten up by charges for currency changes.
