    Sorry to jump in here lads, on a related issue. If someone normally pays tax as a PAYE worker and has some rental income under the RAR scheme, how do you go about declaring it (I think it's supposed to be declared even if its under the threshold).

    You must declare it. It would go in the standard tax return form.
