Journals.ie spam

I don't use 'my' journals.ie account, its not something I sought.

Recently, I've been getting spam like this. Other that marking it as spam and blocking it, what can be done?

OK, I am also getting these e-mails. I, erm, .... don't want to get them.

Is there a way to turn off usused blogs?
